To make sure that our people can achieve the exceptionally high standard set for them, we provide regular in-house training and assessment. At Karl Tatler we believe that it is important to be trained and qualified fully in your role for the company.
We understand that applying for a new role can be challenging. We love our process to be fun, particularly our assessment sessions.
The first step is our recruitment application,its quick and easy to do. Once completed we will review your application and ask you for a CV if necessary.
We often then arrange a telephone interview to chat with you about your application.
We will then invite you for an assessment session.These group sessions generally last for around 3 hours, are great fun and we try to hold them at good times for everyone.
Should you pass the assessment, the final stage will be an interview with our senior management.
