Lettings Compliance Assistant

Do you love working in a fast-paced enviroment, where no two days are the same? Lettings Property Manager

An exciting opportunity to join our expanding lettings team and assist with delivering and exceeding achievable targets. Main responsibility is to ‘maintain’ our managed portfolio and will include moving tenants in, arranging maintenance on tenanted and vacant properties and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to resolve maintenance issues as efficiently as possible. Our recruitment process

We understand that applying for a new role can be challenging. We love our process to be fun, particularly our assessment sessions.

The first step is our recruitment application,its quick and easy to do. Once completed we will review your application and ask you for a CV if necessary.

We often then arrange a telephone interview to chat with you about your application.

We will then invite you for an assessment session.These group sessions generally last for around 3 hours, are great fun and we try to hold them at good times for everyone.

Should you pass the assessment, the final stage will be an interview with our senior management.

Training & Development

Whilst we recruit only the best, we also understand it is our role to nurture the best. We have an outstanding focus on training and developing our staff. When there are areas with potential for improvement, we like to help.

With an in-depth 6 week induction process to help you settle into the Karl Tatler Way. We then offer on-going coaching and development for your entire career with us.

It is this commitment which has seen us achieve national GOLD awards for Training & Development for both sales and lettings. We also offer our staff the training required to complete their Propertymark qualifications.
