Sales Negotiator

A minimum of one year estate agency experience is required and you must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering results.

We are recruiting for experienced sales persons for Sales negotiator roles with our sales teams. To apply, you must have sales experience in retail or Estate Agency.

You must be motivated, determined and hungry. You will need to strive to succeed in a competitive, target driven environment and always be willing to learn more.

Estate agency and lettings agency experience is not necessary, however having experience in a sales focused environment is essential.

The position on offer is for five working days on a rota that includes every other Saturday.

Our recruitment process

To ensure we recruit only the highest calibre of individuals, all applicants must complete a rigorous recruitment process.

The first step is our application form. If this is completed to our standards, we will then arrange a telephone interview with applicants.

If we like what we heard in the telephone interview you will then be invited in for an assessment.

Should you pass the assessment, the final stage will be an interview with senior management.
