This role commands a charismatic estate agency professional with a career orientated attitude, capable of inspiring our clients.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a history of success within the estate agency industry and will possess great communication skills, adaptability to change and excellent communication skills. A successful track record of listing/sales should be able to be demonstrated with a focus and commitment to prospecting.

Key requirements for this role are:
- High quality presentation skills;
- Process driven;
- Strong customer service delivery;
- Track record of prospect generation;
- Articulate and be comfortable at all business levels;
- Be flexible to the needs of the business;
- Have market experience and knowledge.

Sales Negotiator
Full-time positions

We are recruiting for experienced sales persons for a Property Manager roles with our sales teams. To apply, you must have sales experience in retail or Estate Agency.

You must be motivated, determined and hungry. You will need to strive to succeed in a competitive, target driven environment and always be willing to learn more.

Estate agency and lettings agency experience is ideal, however having experience in a sales focused environment is essential.

Being able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends, is required, as is holding a full driver’s license.

To make sure that our people stay right on top of their game, we provide regular in-house training and assessment. At Karl Tatler it is mandatory that all frontline staff have industry recognised qualifications, as laid down by the National Federation of Property Professionals. We will provide all the relevant training to ensure you successfully pass the NFoPP Technical Award exams if you do not already have the qualification.

Our recruitment process

To ensure we recruit only the highest calibre of individuals, all applicants must complete quite a rigorous recruitment process. We will only offer positions to successful applicants.

The first step is our application form. If this is completed to our standards, we will then arrange a telephone interview with applicants.

If we like what we heard in the telephone interview you will then be invited in for an assessment.

Should you pass the assessment, the final stage will be an interview with senior management.
