To make sure that our people can achieve the exceptionally high standard set for them, we provide regular in-house training and assessment. At Karl Tatler we believe that it is important to be trained and qualified fully in your role for the company. We will provide all the relevant training to ensure you successfully pass the Propertymark Technical Award exams if you do not already have the qualification. The Technical Award will form the basis of your skills and we add to that our 400 years combined industry experience and knowledge.
We have a 96% staff retention rate, so we don’t always have a position available. However due to our on-going success, our business continues to grow and we do consider everybody who completes our recruitment application.

We understand that applying for a new role can be challenging. We love our process to be fun, particularly our assessment sessions.
The first step is our recruitment application,its quick and easy to do. Once completed we will review your application and ask you for a CV if necessary.
We often then arrange a telephone interview to chat with you about your application.
We will then invite you for an assessment session.These group sessions generally last for around 3 hours, are great fun and we try to hold them at good times for everyone.
Should you pass the assessment, the final stage will be an interview with our senior management.
