Finance Assistant

Having gone through a massive expansion over the last two years, we now seek another Finance assistant to join our team with proven experience of working in a finance department including reconciliation of bank accounts including posting to sage for any payments/receipts, posting credit card transactions to Sage, sales and purchase ledger admin, submission of Direct Debits, payroll, manipulating large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel and working to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Our recruitment process

We understand that applying for a new role can be challenging. We love our process to be fun, particularly our assessment sessions.

The first step is our recruitment application,its quick and easy to do. Once completed we will review your application and ask you for a CV if necessary.

We often then arrange a telephone interview to chat with you about your application.

We will then invite you for an assessment session.These group sessions generally last for around 3 hours, are great fun and we try to hold them at good times for everyone.

Should you pass the assessment, the final stage will be an interview with our senior management.

Training & Development

Whilst we recruit only the best, we also understand it is our role to nurture the best. We have an outstanding focus on training and developing our staff. When there are areas with potential for improvement, we like to help.

With an in-depth 6 week induction process to help you settle into the Karl Tatler Way. We then offer on-going coaching and development for your entire career with us.

It is this commitment which has seen us achieve national GOLD awards for Training & Development for both sales and lettings. We also offer our staff the training required to complete their Propertymark qualifications.

To make sure we are partaking in events which everyone is interested in, we also survey all staff annually to find out which events have been the most popular, and to see which other events are of interest to our hard-working teams.
