At Karl Tatler Estate Agents our Head Office team is growing rapidly to support our successful sales branches across Wirral and Cheshire. An opportunity has opened for a junior data analyst to join the team, based at our Head Office in Heswall. Data is at the heart of our organisation so this role will involve exposure to sales, marketing, finance and operational sectors with opportunity to develop new skills.
The local property market has thrived since the first lockdown and we have used data to navigate our path and respond quickly to any changes in our environment. The Data Administrator will assist the Senior Data Analyst in providing critical data and market trends to key people across the organisation so informed decisions can be made.
• Managing several key databases and entering new data
• Ensuring data quality across the organisation
• Exporting data from various sources to feed Company dashboards
• Prepare data for analysis using Tableau Prep
• Communicate market insight with our subscribed database
• Will have exceptional attention to detail
• Can work accurately at a fast pace
• Will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of Tableau products (desirable)
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (desirable)
