One of the highest honours within our business is the appointment of Associate Director—recognising Branch Managers who have delivered exceptional performance and leadership over an extended period.
We’re proud to announce two recent promotions to this prestigious role:
Alexandra Spink, Branch Manager at our Wallasey office, was appointed Associate Director in December. Since joining Karl Tatler in 2016 as a Lettings Negotiator, Alex has progressed through several key roles including Lettings Valuer, Area Valuer, and Branch Manager of our Moreton office. In 2020, she was entrusted with the exciting challenge of launching and managing our brand-new Wallasey branch. Under her leadership, the office has flourished—now selling more properties in the area than any other agent. Her consistent results, commitment, and vision have rightly earned her this new title.
Chris Young, Branch Manager at our West Kirby office, was appointed Associate Director in April. Chris began his career with us in 2011 as a Sales Negotiator in Heswall, before progressing to Valuer and then Branch Manager. He also leads our Land and New Homes division. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, the West Kirby team now sells more homes in CH47 and CH48 than any other agent—an achievement that reflects Chris’s exceptional skill and leadership.
