To submit your offer for tenancy of one of our properties, please complete the below form.

Please note, that once your form has been completed, our Lettings team will contact you regarding your offer.

**Please note; Upon the Landlord accepting your application you will be required to pay a Holding Fee.
This will be the equivalent of 1 weeks rent and will be deducted from your first month’s rental payment. Once paid, the property will be withdrawn from the market. Terms and Conditions Apply – see ‘Your Holding Deposit’ document which will be sent to you if your offer is acceptable to the Landlord.”

Do you have any pets?

Are you employed or self-employed?

Employment contract type

Do you have any CCJs, trust deeds, or bankruptcy on your file?

Is there a reason why you may fail a credit check?

Do you have your first month’s rent and deposit ready?

Are you happy with the current condition of the property?


If you currently hold any CCIs, IVA, bankruptcy orders or generally poor credit, or are in receipt of DSS, or are on a temporary employment contract please note you WILL require a guarantor or pay 6 months rent in advance.

It is at the landlord's discretion as to whether they would wish to proceed with a guarantor in place. Your guarantor can only be one person, who holds full time employment and earns 3 times the rent per annum, with no adverse credit.
