Very friendly & helpful staff. Professional service . Tenants were found so quickly that we felt a bit pressured when asked to agree to renting from a date that we were not quite ready for - were advised that it takes several weeks to get the paperwork completed for the potential tenants however it seems it could be completed a lot faster than first advised.
Obviously thrilled that tenants have been found within a few days but still had a few jobs to be completed & as we both work have to fit these in around other commitments.
We are new to being potential landlords and so would have found a flow chart of what to expect, the steps to go through with possible time frames & which team looks after which part of the process as a visual guide to help us through.
Looking forward to working with the Karl Tatler team as we proceed on our journey.

Yes I was very pleased with the helpful and friendly service from all the staff I have dealt with so far. It makes a very stressful time a little easier.

As local agents they should have been aware that the property was of non standard construction. As a result of this information not being passed on to the buyers the first sale was aborted.

Even after supplying evidence of the exact construction type and that the majority of mortgage providers would accept this type of construction, the information was not given to future buyers.

They have been professional and courteous throughout our dealings with them but haven’t secured any viewings of our property yet so difficult to really judge at this stage. Ultimately their job is to drum up interest in our house so in that regard, so far, it is not going too well. Their Insistence that they would not work on a multi agent basis means that we have cut ties with two other agents and with zero interest in the property since our switch to Karl Tatler, I am beginning to wonder if we made the right decision. I would have much preferred to have taken on Karl Tatler on a multi agent basis.

I was extremely impressed with how hannah and the moreton branch team kept me updated at all times in regards to views my property had online , phone calls made about it and viewings etc !
