We are always looking for the best people to deal with our clients. You will need the motivation and passion we expect and love dealing with people. You should be goal focused and ready to succeed in a competitive environment. Industry experience is ideal, though not always compulsory if you are the right person and willing to learn. 

Your flexibility to work long hours and weekends is also something we consider essential. Our business is open seven days a week and we are far from a nine to five company. 

To make sure that our people can achieve the exceptionally high standard set for them, we provide regular in-house training and assessment. At Karl Tatler it is mandatory that sales and lettings staff have industry recognised qualifications, as laid down by the National Federation of Property Professionals. We will provide all the relevant training to ensure you successfully pass the NFoPP Technical Award exams if you do not already have the qualification. The Technical Award will form the basis of your skills and we add to that our 400 years combined industry experience and knowledge.  

We have a 96% staff retention rate, so we don’t always have a position available. However due to our on-going success, our business continues to grow and we do consider everybody who sends us their CV and if we get inspired by you, then everything is possible. From time to time we hold recruitment days where we invite people whose CV has been registered with us.

To work at Karl Tatler Estate Agents & Lettings you must be motivated, determined and hungry. You will need to strive to succeed in a competitive, target driven environment and always be willing to learn more. Estate agency and lettings agency experience is ideal, however having experience in a sales focused environment is essential. Being able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends, is required, as is holding a full driver’s license.
