Head Office is made up of a multitude of specialist departments including Property Management, Sales Progression, Land & New Homes, Data Analytics, Marketing, Administration, Training, Operations and Finance. Job Summary
Our Sales Progression department is a dedicated team focused on building trusted relationships with Vendors and Buyers whilst co-ordinating sales from the point of sale agreed to completion. Giving guidance and advise to both sides to facilitate a smooth transition to moving day. This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm).
Core Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of your own individual portfolio of sales
- Coordinating communication between Vendors, Buyers, Solicitors, Surveyors, Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers and Mortgage Providers
- Offering advise to Vendors and Buyers throughout the process to facilitate a smooth process
- Renegotiating sales after survey if appropriate
- Ensuring relevant legal compliance
