Job Summary

Our Sales & Lettings Negotiators are primarily focused on building trusted relationships with both Vendors and Applicants, allowing them to give the very best possible advice and guidance helping them, whether that is buying, selling or renting a property

Core Responsibilities

  • To build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
  • Arranging market appraisals and property viewings
  • Obtaining and providing feedback post viewing
  • Negotiating offers
  • Updating Clients on marketing of their property
  • Verifying buyers ability to proceed before confirming a sale
  • Ensuring relevant legal compliance
  • To uphold the Karl Tatler way
  • To work as part of a team and individually
