We are now recruiting Property Managers to join our expanding sales and lettings teams. The positions are full time and part time, based in our Heswall and West Kirby sales offices, and our Heswall lettings office.
You must be motivated, determined and hungry. You will need to strive to succeed in a competitive, target driven environment and always be willing to learn more. Estate agency and lettings agency experience is ideal, however having experience in a sales focused environment is essential. Being able to work flexible hours and days, including Saturday and Sunday, is required, as is holding a full driver’s license.
To make sure that our people stay right on top of their game, we provide regular in-house training and assessment. At Karl Tatler it is mandatory that all Property Managers have industry recognised qualifications, as laid down by the National Federation of Property Professionals. We will provide all the relevant training to ensure you successfully pass the NFoPP Technical Award exams if you do not already have the qualification.
