Karl Tatler scoop gold at 2014 Estate Agency of the Year awards

Karl Tatler Estate Agents beat off stiff competition to win Gold for Best Small Northern Estate Agency at the 2014 Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

The glittering awards ceremony was held on Friday 5th December at the Lancaster Hotel in London in association with The Times and The Sunday Times. Michelle Mone OBE was a guest speaker at the auspicious event.

There was high competition for the award and Karl Tatler, Managing Director of Karl Tatler Estate Agents, was delighted with the outcome:

"It is fantastic reward for all our loyal and hard-working teams. The guys work incredibly hard day in, day out and we are delighted to come here today and collect gold for best small northern estate agency of the year."

"Having achieved silver for the same award last year, going one better and achieving gold this year is just brilliant. Well done to all the team. They really deserve this and the award highlights just how much we strive to progress every year."

The judges explained why Karl Tater Estate Agents achieved the award:

"The judges remain impressed by the attention to detail and focus on improvement demonstrated by this agency. Karl Tatler and his team have a remarkable empathy and connection with all their clients. In the first nine months of this year, the majority of instructions were via referrals or repeat business. They are renowned for their innovative and proactive approach and customers therefore have extremely high expectations of the service they will receive."

"Continuing to grow as a business, Karl Tatler opened its fifth sales office in September and has completely rebranded and refurbished the other four branches. The introduction of, “bite sized training”, delivered by Karl in 30 minute sessions has been immensely successful and is probably the single most effective initiative introduced this year."

This caps off a wonderful year with Karl Tatler also claiming three gongs at the 2014 Lettings Agency of the Year awards earlier in the year.

"It's been a great year" said Karl. "The challenge now of course is to improve again in 2015."
