Karl Tatler Estate Agents progression makes big difference to clients

Clients often believe that the hardest part of selling their home is finding someone who wants to buy it. Whilst finding a buyer and achieving the best possible price for our clients is something we do exceptionally well, quite often the hardest part of the process comes after our clients have accepted an offer.  This is because, as an industry, 1 in 3 of all sales that are agreed fall through for one of many different reasons. This is devastating for those clients that it happens to; it means they can’t move on with the next chapter of their lives and may result in them losing out on the dream home they were trying to buy. Sometimes there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, however, often with the right skills, time and focus - you can!

Here at Karl Tatler Estate Agents we have decided to do something about this by creating a dedicated Sales Progression team based at our Head Office in Heswall. We have brought together an amazing team of five of our most experienced estate agents, who collectively have over 80 years’ experience of negotiating sales. We believe that with our best sales progressor’s looking after all our client’s transactions they can pool their collective knowledge and expertise to not only identify and solve problems earlier; but, also speed up the time it currently takes between having an offer accepted and completing. By constantly liaising with the buyer, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other estate agents up and down the chain, we can ensure everyone is kept informed and working to the same end result.

This initiative will not only deliver an exceptional level of expertise to our clients who have buyers, it will also massively benefit all our clients who are currently looking for a buyer. Taking the sales progression process away from our front line will free up an incredible amount of time for the sales negotiators in our fives sales offices across Wirral. This additional time will be spent ensuring our clients receive all the attention that is required to keep their property fresh in the market place, ensuring it is always attracting the attention of potential buyers by offering the right advice at the right time. We will have more time to assist those looking for their perfect home to ensure we understand their needs to skilfully put them together with the right property.

Our dedicated Sales Progression team is a huge ongoing financial investment on our part but one which will hugely benefit all Karl Tatler Estate Agents clients and will ensure that many more of our clients are able to successfully move on with their lives with the minimum amount of stress and the knowledge that the process of moving home has been dealt with brilliantly, from start to finish, by people who are skilled and obsessed about property and care passionately about doing the best for our clients.
