Fifth year exhibiting for Karl Tatler Lettings at the Landlord & Property Show 2016

The multi award-winning lettings team at Karl Tatler will return to the popular event for the fifth year running, offering information to existing landlords and potential first-time investors.

Taking place on the 22nd October 2016 at Liverpool Exhibition Centre, the annual show promises to be better than ever as it brings experts from the industry together to provide insights and advice on the rental property market.

Dave Seed, head of lettings at Karl Tatler Lettings, says: “Once again we are looking forward to meeting and talking to people interested in property, whether it is someone thinking of letting a property for the first time, to professional landlords wanting to grow their portfolio. Navigating the complexities of the lettings market means working with a quality agent is crucial. Anyone visiting the show will be able to harness free advice from ourselves and other industry experts on a wide range of lettings topics; from stamp duty, tax changes, buy to let mortgages, through to potential income yields and return on investment.

“We pride ourselves on building relationships with potential and existing landlords to ensure we understand their unique needs. As overall winners of the best lettings agent in the UK at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2016, having our customer service focus and property management expertise independently endorsed provides customers with an added confidence in our ability, honesty and professionalism.”
