How we work
Entrusting your property with an agent is a big commitment and one we take very seriously. Whether you want us to find you a tenant or fully manage your property, you can be confident that we will work hard to find you a high calibre tenant who has undergone a comprehensive background check before any contracts are signed. Keeping you informed is important to us too, so we carry out a midterm inspection of your property every three months and provide you with a detailed, photographic inventory report. Protection & peace of mind
Protecting the interests of landlords and maintaining the highest standards in the lettings industry is extremely important to us. This is why we are licensed members of regulatory body Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) who demand that professional protocol is adhered to at all times. It is also mandatory that all members of staff are trained and qualified to ARLA standard. Not all lettings agents are members of ARLA which means there is no guarantee that your property is in safe hands.
Open for business
With offices in Heswall and West Kirby, we have one of the biggest lettings team in Wirral. We are open seven days a week and until 7pm weekdays. This means we can work harder than any other agent to market your property and find a suitable tenant. Tenants find this really helpful too as it means they can pop into the offices after work if they have any problems.
Money talks
We are one of the few agents to make daily payments to our landlords. This means as soon as we have been paid by the tenants we pay you the same day. We are also covered by ARLA’s Client Money Protection Scheme which means your finances are further protected.
